Die Computertomografietechnik mit Mikrofokus-R\u00f6ntgenr\u00f6hren erm\u00f6glicht die Messung und Kontrolle von Kunststoffteilen nach den hohen Pr\u00e4zisionsanforderungen unserer Kunden. Extrem kleine Fokussierungspunkte erm\u00f6glichen klare Projektionsbilder auf dem Detektor als Grundlage f\u00fcr eine hohe Messgenauigkeit. Der<\/strong> ZEISS<\/strong> METROTOM 800 Detektor<\/strong> verf\u00fcgt \u00fcber fast 3 Millionen Pixel f\u00fcr eine pr\u00e4zise Detailerkennung.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column_inner][vc_column_inner width=“1\/2″][vc_column_text text_style=“leader-text“ animation=“grve-fade-in-up“]Im Gegensatz zu herk\u00f6mmlichen Messverfahren ist die Tomografietechnik bei der Erfassung zahlreicher Messpunkte deutlich schneller. Die Umwandlung der Punktwolke in eine Messdatei im .STL-Format erm\u00f6glicht die Messung in verschiedenen Dimensionskontrollprogrammen. Die daraus resultierenden Messungen sind pr\u00e4zise und r\u00fcckverfolgbar.
