Metrotom\u00a0800 est id\u00e9al pour mesurer la g\u00e9om\u00e9trie interne et externe de pi\u00e8ces en plastique, en c\u00e9ramique ou en mat\u00e9riau composite.<\/p>\n<p>La technologie de tomographie informatis\u00e9e \u00e0 tube de rayons X microfocus permet la mesure et l\u2019inspection de pi\u00e8ces en plastique conform\u00e9ment aux exigences de pr\u00e9cision \u00e9lev\u00e9es de nos clients. Les points focaux extr\u00eamement petits permettent des images de projection nettes sur le d\u00e9tecteur, base d\u2019une pr\u00e9cision de mesure \u00e9lev\u00e9e. <strong>Le d\u00e9tecteur ZEISS<\/strong> METROTOM\u00a0800 offre pr\u00e8s de 3 millions de pixels pour une reconnaissance extr\u00eamement rigoureuse des d\u00e9tails.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column_inner][vc_column_inner width=\u00a0\u00bb1\/2&Prime;][vc_column_text text_style=\u00a0\u00bbleader-text\u00a0\u00bb animation=\u00a0\u00bbgrve-fade-in-up\u00a0\u00bb]Contrairement aux m\u00e9thodes de mesure traditionnelles, la technologie de tomographie est significativement plus rapide dans la capture de nombreux points de mesure. La transformation du nuage de points en un fichier de mesure au format .STL permet la mesure par divers logiciels de contr\u00f4le dimensionnel. Les mesures qui en d\u00e9coulent sont pr\u00e9cises et tra\u00e7ables. Avec la technologie de mesure traditionnelle, les structures occult\u00e9es ne peuvent \u00eatre inspect\u00e9es qu\u2019apr\u00e8s la coupe ou la destruction des pi\u00e8ces.
